Ingredients

whole-grain sandwich bread

spreadable blue cheese

tsp
fig jam

prosciutto
Spreadable butter
Instructions
Split the blue cheese in half and spread it on both pieces of sandwich bread.
Spread 1 teaspoon of fig jam on top of the cheese on each slice of bread.
Add the prosicutto slices on one half, then close up the sandwich—fig jam and blue cheese down.
Spread butter on the top of the sandwich.
Heat up a skillet or a griddle over medium-low heat.
Place the grilled cheese on the skillet, buttered side facing down. Spread butter on the top slice.
Wait for about 2-3 minutes for the sandwich to get golden brown on one side, then flip. Wait another 2 minutes.
Slice in half and serve!
