Ingredients

  • 1/2 tomato sliced thick
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Toast a slice of sourdough bread. Spread the ricotta cheese on the toast, then place the tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then devour.
