Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a high-powered blender, blend up the oats, banana, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt for about 20 seconds.
Grease a 0.5-quart dutch oven (or a ramekin) with some butter or cooking spray. Pour in the oatmeal batter.
Sprinkle in the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Bake in the oven for 20-23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
