Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled-cut oats
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a high-powered blender, blend up the oats, banana, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt for about 20 seconds.
  • Grease a 0.5-quart dutch oven (or a ramekin) with some butter or cooking spray. Pour in the oatmeal batter.
  • Sprinkle in the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Calories account for 1 tablespoon of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
