Ingredients
1/2cuprolled-cut oats
1/4cupplain low-fat Greek yogurt
1egg
3Tbspunsweetend almond milk
1/2tspbaking powder
Dash of salt
20chocolate chips

Instructions
Combine all the oats, Greek yogurt, egg, unsweetened almond milk, baking powder, and a dash of salt into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth—about 20 to 30 seconds.
Heat up the mini waffle iron. Once the light goes off, the waffle iron is heated and ready to use.
Spray down the waffle iron lightly with the cooking spray. Pour in 1/4 of the batter (about 1/4 cup) and sprinkle 5 chocolate chips on top. Close the waffle iron and let the waffle cook for 2 minutes.
Repeat the last step for the other 3 waffles, or until your batter is out.
Serve warm with butter and maple syrup, or any other toppings you desire.
