Mahia Mojitos
Mix together this refreshing mojito with Mahia Fig Brandy—or simply some white rum!
Servings: 1 cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz. Mahia Fig Brandy or white rum
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 5-10 mint leaves
- 1/3 oz. lime juice
- 2 oz. club soda
- Lime wheel and mint leaves for garnish
Muddle mint and simple syrup in a tall glass.
Add ice to the glass along with the fig brandy and with lime juice. Stir together.
Pour in the club soda and garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass, if desired.
