Mahia Mojitos

Mix together this refreshing mojito with Mahia Fig Brandy—or simply some white rum!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Mahia Fig Brandy or white rum
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 5-10 mint leaves
  • 1/3 oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. club soda
  • Lime wheel and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle mint and simple syrup in a tall glass.
  • Add ice to the glass along with the fig brandy and with lime juice. Stir together.
  • Pour in the club soda and garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass, if desired.
