Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon about 1/4 cup
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup fresh Parsley with stems, loosely packed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  • Store in a mason jar or a salad dressing jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
