Kielbasa Foil Packs

This easy five-ingredient dinner is perfect for throwing on the fire while camping in the great outdoors.

  • Aluminum foil

Ingredients

  • 1 kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1/2 yellow onion sliced thin
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Get a fire (or the grill) going outside.
  • Slice up your sausage and veggies. Split what you have into two square pieces of aluminum foil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then wrap up the foil packs really tight.
  • Throw them on the grill or fire pit (with the grill down) for about 10 minutes. The aluminum will char on the bottom—that's okay.
  • Remove with tongs and serve with whatever sides you have! I prefer tortilla chips.
