Equipment

  • Blender
  • Waffle iron

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled-cut oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 cup milk cow's milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Plug in your waffle iron to heat up while you prep the batter.
  • Add all of the ingredients (minus the cooking spray) into a high-powered blender. Blend until the batter is smooth.
  • When the waffle iron is ready, spray it down with the cooking spray.
  • Scrape in all of the waffle batter, then close. Wait for the waffle iron to go off automatically before removing.
  • Serve with whatever toppings you desire! I love to have my waffles with fresh berries and a few dollops of whipped cream.
