Protein Waffle

- 1/4 cup rolled-cut oats
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup milk cow's milk or almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cooking spray
Plug in your waffle iron to heat up while you prep the batter.
Add all of the ingredients (minus the cooking spray) into a high-powered blender. Blend until the batter is smooth.
When the waffle iron is ready, spray it down with the cooking spray.
Scrape in all of the waffle batter, then close. Wait for the waffle iron to go off automatically before removing.
Serve with whatever toppings you desire! I love to have my waffles with fresh berries and a few dollops of whipped cream.
