Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes (regular or sweet)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Salt
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Peel and cut the potatoes up into fry shapes. You can make them as thin or as thick as you want. I typically keep the size between a steak fry and a regular french fry.
  • Mix the potatoes in a large bowl with the oil. Sprinkle the spices on top, and mix. I usually just eyeball this. Make sure there's enough spice coated on every fry.
  • Spread the fries on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray (or oil). Make sure the fries aren't touching each other. This will help them to get crispy! If they're on top of each other, they will get mushy.
  • Put them in the oven for 20 minutes, then take them out to flip the fries. Place them back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Depending on how hot your oven is, you may need to switch the trays around (top and bottom shelf) and leave them in for a bit longer. We typically leave them in for 25 minutes at the end.
  • Mix some sriracha and mayonnaise in a bowl for an easy fry sauce, and enjoy!
