BLT Sandwich
Use up those fresh tomatoes and throw together this BLT sandwich for lunch.

Ingredients
4
slices of bacon
4
butterball lettuce leaves
4
slices of tomato
2
slices of whole wheat bread
or sourdough

mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Place the slices of bacon on a bacon plate and cover with a paper towel.
Place the covered bacon plate in the microwave and cook for 3-4 minutes on high, or until the bacon is crispy.
Toast the two slices of whole wheat bread.
Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice, then lightly sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
Cut the slices of bacon in half. Add the bacon, the lettuce leaves, and the tomato slices to one slice of toast. Top with the other slice.
Chop in half with a serrated knife and enjoy!
