kielbasa sausage
sliced
1/2
green bell pepper
sliced thin
1/2
yellow onion
sliced thin

Instructions
Get a fire (or the grill) going outside.
Slice up your sausage and veggies. Split what you have into two square pieces of aluminum foil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then wrap up the foil packs really tight.
Throw them on the grill or fire pit (with the grill down) for about 10 minutes. The aluminum will char on the bottom—that's okay.
Remove with tongs and serve with whatever sides you have! I prefer tortilla chips.
