Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 3-4 cups Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients
  • Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray
  • Lay out the Brussels sprouts on the pan. Make sure they aren't on top of each other.
  • Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.


If you're preparing a dinner that needs the oven at 350 degrees, you can also roast the Brussels sprouts at that temperature as well. Place them on the bottom rack of your oven and roast for 1 hour instead.
