Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Garlic salt for sprinkling on top
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients (besides the oil and garlic salt) with your hands in a bowl
  • Roll meatballs into 1-inch balls, should fit in your palm perfectly
  • Heat olive oil on a large skillet
  • Add meatballs to the skillet, sprinkling them with garlic salt
  • Cook until no longer pink inside
  • Serve with pasta (or zucchini noodles!), marinara sauce, and parmesan cheese
