Another Saturday, another mini charcuterie board! This was another lets-see-what-I-have-in-the-fridge kind of boards that I threw together. I used my usual cheese board formula for this—plus a few extra sweet peppers for fun.
Here are the juicy deets for this board. We got:
- 1 mini gouda wheel
- 1 Tbsp spreadable goat cheese
- 10 slices of genoa salami
- 10 almond flour crackers
- Seasoned almonds
- 4 sweet bell peppers
- 5 chocolate covered pretzels
Simple, sweet, to the point. For the crackers, I’ve grown pretty fond of these Simple Mill Almond Flour crackers. They are so good! The mini gouda snack cheese is from Roth, and the spreadable goat cheese is from Chevvo. The Garlic & Herb almonds are Blue Diamond, and the rest came in my Imperfect Foods box!
