    Mini Charcuterie Board #2

    Mini Charcuterie

So…I’m embarking on a new journey. Recently I’ve started ranking on Google for certain search terms (yay!) and one of my most popular is this mini charcuterie board post. Because apparently there are people like me who love charcuterie so much that they’re up for making a mini charcuterie board of their own when they don’t have an occasion to throw together a big board anymore. And with that, I bring you my new mini charcuterie board series—and a corresponding Instagram account!

mini charcuterie board with brie and pepper jack

As previously mentioned, this would be my second mini charcuterie board on the blog, and I’m thinking I’ll post one every Saturday. I mean, they’re easy to throw together, they’re great for an easy lunch, and who doesn’t love a good cheeseboard? Especially if it’s a cheese plate you don’t have to share!

This mini charcuterie board follows my easy cheeseboard formula, per usual. Let me show you how:

    • Two kinds of cheese: Brie wedge, pepper jack cubes
    • One meat: Pepperoni slices
    • One starch: Seeded crackers
    • Something sweet: Apples
    • Something salty: Cashews & mini pickles

For this particular board, I picked up a pack of President Wee Bridge Wedges, a box of Mary’s Gone Crackers Basil & Garlic, and a jar of Snack’mms Kosher Pickles. The pepperoni is Boar’s Head, the pepper jack cheese is Tillamook, and as for the cashews and the apples, I got them in Imperfect Foods box.

And of course, a tiny charcuterie board or a small cheese plate is a must! I have this cute cheese plate here, but if you’re looking for your own mini charcuterie board, here’s a set you can snag. And don’t forget a good cheese knife for easy slicing!

So what do you think of the series? Let me know in the comments, and be sure to follow along over on my new “finsta” Instagram!
