This weekend, I decided to sit down and write out my entire meal plan for January. Yes—every single meal that I plan on eating that month. I know it sounds like a lot, but I know myself well…and I feel a lot better when I have a plan. And I have a feeling I’m not the only one, which had me thinking. What if I shared my entire month-long meal plan with all of you? And what if I did this, I don’t know, every month of 2021? I mean, I’m already writing out my meal plan anyway, so why not share it?

So I present to you the January 2021 Meal Plan. This meal plan is broken down into 4 weeks for the month. Each week includes a breakfast to meal prep (for weekdays), a lunch to meal prep, and a snack to meal prep. I also share one fun brunch recipe for the weekend, as well as four dinner recipes.
This meal plan is meant for one or two people, but honestly, it could work for any number you have at home. Although I provide four dinner recipes for each week, you don’t have to cook all of them. Choose the ones you want to make and save the rest for leftover dinners throughout the week. Do what works for you! Just make sure to adjust the corresponding grocery list accordingly.
