If I had to choose one thing that always has to be in my fridge, it’s a carton of eggs. Butter comes at a close second, but eggs truly are the number one food I use all the time when I cook. Easy breakfast for sure, but I also use eggs for all kinds of meals—yes, even lunch and dinner. And you can’t bake a good cake without an egg, right?
