Chicken. It’s the protein that everyone loves to cook with, probably because it’s one of the cheapest proteins you can buy. And the leanest. But it’s also one of the highest searched queries on search engines like Google or Pinterest, because people are getting sick of cooking the same chicken recipes over and over. So, I decided to round up some of my favorite easy chicken recipes from the blog, to give your mind (and tummy) some ideas.
In the list below, you’ll find meals used for all kinds of pieces of chicken. Mostly chicken breast (because that’s the one that’s requested the most), but also a few for chicken thighs and leftover rotisserie chicken.
Between dinner recipes, lunch bowls and salads, and even a fun slow cooker buffalo chicken dip, you’re bound to find a few easy chicken recipes that will use up that pack of boneless, skinless chicken breast in the fridge.
On the hunt for more recipes?
Here are a few other roundups I’ve recently put together if you’re in need of even more recipe inspiration.
Alright, here are the chicken recipes! I hope they inspire you to try something new with the chicken breast (or chicken thighs) you have.
